Orders can be accessed by clicking on the View Order History button (home page).
or by going to Profile > ORDERS
You will be able to see all your orders placed in the last 12 months:
You will be able to search by PO Number, Order Number, Invoice Number or any other available information to find a specific order.
If the order has not yet been processed, it will not have an Order Number and will be indicated as "not assigned".
There is a maximum delay of 15 minutes before your order is processed in our system.
For more details on an order or to print the invoice, click on the plus (+) icon or on the Order Number.
You will then have all the details of the order, such as the products purchased, their quantity and price, as well as the option to print the invoice or obtain a copy in PDF format:
Click on the PDF icon at the top left to print your order.
