We want to give you all the information you need for each line of each or your order, so you are able to track arrival dates.
This table provides detailed status for each line of your order and indicates the lot and the arrival date expected. Here's how to interpret each section:
Status: Quickly see if your product is available, in transit, or on backorder.
Delivered: Your product was shipped to you.
In Preparation: Your product is being prepared to be shipped or picked.
Reserved: Your product has been set aside for you.
In Transfer: Your product is currently being transferred to your warehouse.
On Vessel: Your product has been produced and is on its way.
Supplier Backyard: Available stock for Ceratec in the supplier backyard (overseas). ETA available upon reservation.
Future PO: Date to come.
Lot: Lot number for the product you will receive.
Quantity: How much material is in the status identified. (SQFT, Piece, etc.)
Available Date: Find out when you can expect your product. « Available » means it’s in stock at your branch.
Editable Quantity: You will find the quantity you can edit above.
